Delphi 2005 Personal was not available on Borlands Server for free. It was distributed through magazines and on other internet sites. The german and france edition are online till now. The best from the personal edition is that it permits the commercial development of software with it. Delphi 7 doesn't permit it. Turbo Delphi 2006 does not allow to install components.
